About

Small, independent, and here for the long run.

ArmoniaLabs is an Australian software studio run with the belief that small businesses deserve the same advantages the big end of town takes for granted. Built deliberately small so the people doing the work are the people you talk to.

Claudio Moletta

Founder, ArmoniaLabs · Australia

Claudio spent his career in offensive security: the job of thinking like an attacker so a real one can’t surprise you. That perspective runs through every product and engagement ArmoniaLabs takes on, whether the work is about security or not.

He’s also run his own business for years, and that meant rolling up his sleeves on AI. AttackEdge and the other tools in the pipeline are AI-assisted systems he designed, built, and runs. Nothing in our stack is theoretical, and nothing got shipped because a vendor talked him into it.

The combination is the point. Most AI pitches for small business come from people who know AI but not how it fails. Or people who know security but can’t get AI across the line without something breaking. ArmoniaLabs exists to hold both.

Why this exists

Small businesses keep getting sold the wrong story.

Enterprise-grade AI, enterprise prices, enterprise assumptions baked in. The pitch rarely fits a team of five. The install rarely sticks. Nobody’s watching when it goes sideways.

ArmoniaLabs is the answer to that. A studio small enough to know your business. Technical enough to get the AI and the security right. Honest about what’s worth doing and what isn’t.

What to expect from us

Security first, by instinct

The founder's day job was thinking like an attacker. That perspective shapes every integration, every data handling decision, every default.

AI we actually use ourselves

Our first products are AI-assisted systems we designed, built, and run. Nothing on this site is theoretical.

Small enough to care

One studio, not a layer cake of account managers. You talk to the people doing the work.
